This is the main character in my story: The Imagined
She's a lonely little girl who is recovering from a childhood illness. She finds it very hard to smile on her own, and is pretty quiet. She lives far, far out in the country with her parents, Elijah and Lindsey. Elijah farms for a living and her mother keeps busy with housework.
Leaving little Rea to find ways to occupy herself... One day she decides that she should just make her own friend...her mom and dad are too busy to play, after all.
And so she "creates" Edmund. And they become really good friends. But how long will their friendship last? And in Rea's world. There is no friendly Imaginery Friend adoption agency...
